Established in 2013, 4Care Lifescience is a dedicated pharmaceutical organization and initiated our state of art manufacturing facility in 2020 specializing in tablet and capsule formulations. Our vision is to deliver progressive pharmaceutical services through a combination of high-quality products and a skilled workforce. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our operations are designed to meet international quality standards and regulatory compliance, catering to both domestic and global markets.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spans a total plot area of 4,588 m² , with a built-up area of 3,426 m². The ground floor houses the pharmaceutical manufacturing area and centralized warehouse, covering 1,241.02 m². The first floor includes a packing material store and finished goods store (122 m²), a well-equipped Quality Control Laboratory (196 m²), and a dedicated Microbiology Laboratory (44 m²). The entire structure is constructed using RCC frame design, with PU-coated walls, cleanroom panel partitions, and doors. Critical areas including manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and laboratories are equipped with epoxy flooring and coving for superior hygiene and durability.
Designed for optimal efficiency and compliance, the facility ensures logical flow of personnel and materials in alignment with processing steps. Separate gowning areas are maintained for primary and secondary zones, and each core manufacturing space is supported by a dedicated Air Handling Unit (AHU). The site includes segregated storage for raw materials, solvents, and packaging components, as well as finished products. Advanced provisions such as sanitary sealed drains, de-dusting, and weight verification for all incoming materials are in place. Additionally, separate dispensing rooms for active and inactive raw materials, and dedicated sampling and dispensing zones for primary packaging, are provided. Reverse Laminar Air Flow (RLAF) units are installed to ensure safe handling during 10 sampling and dispensing processes, reinforcing our commitment to safety, precision, and quality in every batch produced.
